And although that may seem on the surface as a good thing, it is actually a challenge all in of itself for anyone who is serious about researching real passive income opportunities that work!

My name is Robb Corbett (yup thats me over there pointing... I know... how rude!)

I have not only been earning a passive income for the last 6 years I have been successfully coaching other people just like you how they too can create this incredible lifestyle.

When researching the hordes of passive income ideas that abound on the net, it is important to first understand what this type of income really is.

You Are Brainwashed!

Yup you are... sorry but its true!

You see most of us are conditioned to steer clear of the passive income opportunities . We hear things like if it is too good to be true, it probably is!

We think that we have to work every day of our lives until maybe when we are in our twilight years we can finally retire.

We are taught from an early age that the system we live in, is designed to pay you for your time.

Meaning if you work 40 hours a week you will be paid for those 40 hours. Then you have to get up the following Monday and do it all again.

This is why so many people when presented with passive income ideas have such a hard time believing that the opportunity to create that type of income is real.

They cannot wrap their heads around earning off of something you built years ago. In their minds an opportunity that offers this chance must be a scam, scheme or a pyramid!

However this type of income and lifestyle is EXACTLY what real passive income opportunities provide.

When you locate the ideal opportunity, you will be able to build the income up once and then earn off it forever.

Just Like A Rock Star!

This is exactly what happens to movie stars and rock stars.

They build their product once, i.e. record the CD or film the movie. Every time someone buys their product they earn off it, even though they only recorded the movie or music once!

That is freedom!

That provides a lifestyle like no other. One where you have a very high income, but ALSO the time freedom to enjoy it.

Since you are reading this website, that tells me you probably do not have the voice or the acting skills to make it to the top. (me neither! ) lol!

So what other passive income ideas are available to us "normal" people?

Passive Income Opportunities

Let's look at a few and then talk about the easiest and most powerful of them all.

Option #1) Build a business and franchise it.

Pro's: When you sell a franchise opportunity to someone, the person who purchases it will pay you a monthly franchise fee.

Con's: The failure rate of tradition business is well over 80%. Starting your own business from the ground up, takes lots and lots of money to get off the ground. Not to mention if you want to franchise a business, your business idea or product has to be incredibly original and innovative. Not one of the better passive income opportunities, because it is not really passive at all, it is more like a job.

Option #2) Invest in the stock market.

Pro's: Not much work required on your part. Simply find a broker, and give him 10% of your monthly income and he will do all the investing for you.

Con's: Pretty obvious. The stock markets suck! Way to volatile these days. People are losing money left right and center.

And even if the markets were great, this is a slow slow way to build wealth. Out of all the passive income ideas this is the slowest.

This is basically the retirement plan for the masses of people in our society. However when it comes to money, what most people are doing is exactly what you want to steer clear of. If most people were doing the right thing, most people would be rich. But we know that is not the case! :)

Option #3) Build an Internet Business.

Pro's: In comparison to most passive income opportunities this is a good one. It is relatively inexpensive. You can work it from home. And once you build up the business it should earn for you for a very long time.

Con's: A very very steep learning curve. I personally have internet businesses, however it took me close to 10 years before I started making any real money at it. ( I made money here and there but nothing I could retire on)

The internet is a techie world. You will have to learn how to build websites, html, word press blogs.

Plus you must learn how to set up autoresponders and learn how to write sales copy, etc etc.

Then comes the marketing part of it. Learning Search Engine Optimization (getting your website high in the search engines) is something that will take you years to master all on its own.

Now do not get me wrong, it is a good option, but you will need to commit at least 5 years or more before you can expect to really get rocking.

Option #4) Build a Network Marketing Business.

Pro's: Yup a Network Marketing business!

This is by far my favourite out of all the passive income ideas out there.

And it is the wave of the future, no other industry is growing as fast as this one! (there is an obvious reason for that!)

Which is...

No other option can allow the average everyday individual the opportunity to create as substantial of an income (high six figures!) that you can with Network Marketing,... working only 5 - 10 hours a week and investing such a small amount to get involved (usually under $300!)

Network marketing has changed in the last 20 - 30 years. No longer are you running around peddling your wares to everyone you come across.

No longer are you stocking up your garage full of soap or juice!

Now a days if you are with the right team and more importantly the right leader, they will have systems in place that will let anyone with the skill set of an 8 year old to go on and become wildly successful! (if they put the time into it!)

Don't get me wrong, like anything, to become successful it will take work and effort.

There is no such thing as get rich quick... and this isn't it!

(although it is the quickest way I have every used to make any serious money, in fact nothing else has even come close to comparing!)

My first two weeks in Network Marketing I made over $4191.50....

I then went on to create a Six Figure yearly income in only 6 months!

Why was I able to do this?

Because I partnered with the right team and leader and they showed me how simple this business is to build if I will commit to putting in the time and energy.

That is all I am going to say in regards to showing you how tremendous Network Marketing is for someone who can commit to working part time for 2-3 years at it.
